Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience has been negative because I have had the van less than 4 months and I have had to have it serviceed 4 times and two of those times I had to have it towed. This past service I brought it in because it was making really loud nosies and sparks were flying from the engine. The staff was fine as far a customer service. I did recieve paperwork for the service I had. I had to end up paying for the service and I guess the price was fair but I don`t really know the price of the parts. The car is still making a noise today.

Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was negative, becuase of the length of service. The staff also forgot to put something back on my vehicle, so I had to bring it back in for more service. Becuase the staff forgot to put a part back on my vehicle during the service, my check engine light came on. My vehicle is fine now, but I do not like how long it took the staff to fix my vehicle. The staff told me that the service would last for about six hours, but in reality it lasted for about three days. My vehicle was originally in the shop for the intake gasket, and I do not think that service bill was fair. I do not think that the service bill was fair, becuase of how long that the service took. I currently do not have any problems with my vehcile. I received paperwork upon the completetion of the service.

I did get a receipt but the engine light is back on again. I haven`t talked to them about it yet. The staff there was good, but the lady there told us to call her back and then went to lunch and made us wait on her. The experience was neutral because the service was good, but I was not happy with the lady who made me wait.
