    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Peter was the salesperon that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in wonderful condition when I received it. It didnt take very long for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems now. The staf was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Expedition. My salesperson was Michale. He and the other employees did a very good job, he was very helpful and professional. I was approved the same day, I was there about two and half hours. My car was in good shape when I got it and it is doing good today. My experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2005 Ford Taurus. My salseman was tall, skinny, and had shaggy hair. He was not very good. He was very professional or informative. The car was not clean when I got it but it was in good condition. They could have detailed it better. I am not having any problems now. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was neutral because there wasn`t a good selection, the cars all had high miles, and they were all junk.

    I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. I brought it in for an oil change that took 30 minutes. It was covered with a coupon and I did get a receipt. They replaced a leaky valve also, and I was not charged for it. The staff there was fine and nice. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Ford Windstar. My salesperson was Dana and she was lovely, I love her. The car was in good condition when I got it. The car is making a knocking sound near the radio and the brakes are squeaking a little bit. It took about a good hour to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Cutlass. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get a new radiator hose put on it. They had my car in the shop for a couple of hours and the staff members treated me fine while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork showing what they did to it. Today my car is running fine for me.

    I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive to the 10th power. My sales person was Marty, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was fine when I bought, and I love it. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did an exponential job during my purchase.

The customer service was great. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 20 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. I think I need some rotors, but I am not sure if it is covered or not. The staff there was very good and the experience was very positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Silverado. Overall my experience was positive. I needed a new fuel pump, so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop for about one hour and a half. My vehicle was under warranty, and I did not received paperwork. I currently do not have problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that I was at the dealership.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Lumina. Mike sold me the car. The car was in pretty good condition. The process took under an hour. The car had an abs light on but it went off. The staff was great. My experience was positive.
