    I own a 1999 Dodge Caravan. I bought my car from Jessica who was a fine salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it and there are a few things wrong with the car but I have already scheduled an appointment. I was approved the next day and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 MAZDA 626. Pete was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It didnt take long for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has issues with the headliner now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Alero. Brian was my sales person. He was really good. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. Now I noticed the cd player doesn`t work and there are scratches all over by the fender. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 SATURN Other. I took in my car for an oil change. Teh work didn`t take long. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car is doing fine. The staff is okay. My experience was neutral because I just think it is fine and not good or bad.

    I own a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took 25 minutes. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were good as far as customer service. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Mercury Mountainee. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Jarrel. His service was excellent. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean for me. There are no problems with the car at this time.

    I own a 2001 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in pretty good condition when I bought it, but I have to take it to the service center because the fuel gauge doesnt work, there is a vibration when I turn, and the brakes squeak. My salesperson was Rob, and he was real good.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Malibu. My salesperson was Tatum. He provided me good customer service. The car was neat and clean when I received it except for it smelled of cigarettes all through the car. I am having a problem with the car making noises when I turn. It took about 6 hours to be approved. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Anthony, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was okay when I bought it, but my brakes sound bad. I plan to have service in two days. Anthony did a wonderful job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. I brought it in for the engine light being on, the gas gauge was fluctuating too. It was there from 8 until about 3 hours but it was because I didn`t have an appointment. It was covered other than my deductible. I did get a receipt. I am still having problems with the gas gauge because it was not covered by the warranty. It was going to cost $200 dollars, but the mechanic had never asked me if I wanted to have it fixed, he just came out when he was done and said he didn`t do it. I thought it was supposed to be covered but I haven`t talked to anyone about it yet. The lady at the counter got smart with me because I wanted to write a check. I had forgotten they don`t take checks but she was rude about it, and said she wasn`t going to give me my keys until I could come up with the money. The experience was neutral because the problem with the gas gauge was not fixed.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because it was not running right. It was in the shop for a day. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were ok. I do not like Eric. He eats food while you talk to him and if you ask him a question he acts like it`s too much to answer. I am not having any problems now. Overall, my experience was neutral due to Eric.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Other. I brought it in for the fuel injector. It was there for the day and the service was covered. I did get a receipt and there are no problems right now. The staff was fine and the experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 GMC Jimmy. My salesperson was Michale. He and the other employees did a excellent job. I was approved the same day, I was there about three and half hours. My car was in good condition when I got it. My car has three problems with it now, the abs light comes on and goes off, the gas pedal is to loose and two speakers on the back door do not work all the time, I think they may have a short. My experience was positive.
