 | I own a 2004 Buick Century. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Patricia. Her service was good. I was approved the same day for the car. The car was in good condition and clean for me. I am having no problems--the car runs like it is brand new--I love it!!

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Lumina. My salesperson was Steve. He and the other employees did a very good job. I was approved the same day, I was there about two or three hours. My car was not in that great condition, I need to take it in and have the gas hand looked at, it just flotes around, the check engine light and oil light is on. I am going to take it in for them to look at. My experience was neutral, they just did ok not good and not bad.

 | I own a 1999 Ford Focus. Garett sold me the car. the car was in good condition. The process took about four hours. The car has a problem with the engine light but I`m taking the car in the morning. The car jerks when I hit the brakes and now the brake stays lights. The staff was friendly and personable. I started in Tampa with JD Byrider which wasn`t a very good experience but since I`ve come over to ST. Pete it has been a totally different experience. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 1998 Ford CROWN VIC. I brought my car in for an oil change, something with the transmission, and to fix the two front windows. It was in the shop for a day and a half maybe. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. I would go nowhere else but JD Byrider to get a car. There are no problems with the car now. I am enjoying it. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 35 or 40 minutes. The service was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff was really friendly. The exeprience was positive.

I have an issue with the radio and cd player but I wrote it down on a list of things to be fixed and they`ll work on it soon. The process took a day. I came in late one night and the next morning i had a truck. The staff was friendly. I felt like they let me take my time and everything and not some much just buying something from them. My experience was positive.

 | I own a 1997 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in for an oil change. It was completed very fast. It took less than thirty minutes. It was not covered under warranty, but I paid a fair price. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was great. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall I had a positive experience.

When I got my car it was clean for me but it had a few problems with it. I had to take it back to get fixed. Today my car is still having some problems but I am taking it back to get fixed.
