    I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. I recently brought the vehicle in for mostly engine work, and it took a couple of days for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was fine, and the vehicle is in the shop currently for service. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Explorer. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Rick. He was very informative, detail oriented, and professional. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean for me. There are no problems with the car at this time.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I took the car to the service center because the lock on the driver side didnt work. I got the car back the same day. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done because they didnt do anything yet, but I got a receipt back. I have to take the car back because there is something in the seat that is broke and they are ordering a part. The staff treated me real nice. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. Kevin sold me the car. The car was in fair conditioin. I don`t have any problems but I reported some lights turned on like the check engine light. Sometimes the starter doens`t always start. The process took one day. The staff was nice and polite. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Buick Century. I brought it in for a battery and a new gas cap. It was there for about 2 hours and I had to pay for it. The price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. Therea re no problems now, I am very pleaset. The staff there was very friendly and knowledgable. The experience was very positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Chrysler Town & Cou. My overall experience was neutral because I traded in a car and there was alot of explaining to do and it was a long process. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I currently do not have any problems with my car now. The staff overall was friendly. I was approved for my car the same day.

    I own a 1999 GMC Jimmy. Overall my experince was positive. My sales person was Angie, and I was approved the same day. I noticed that my vehicle needed a ball joing, font end alignement, and work on the four wheel drive. My four wheel drive was not working properly, but the service department has fixed all of my problems. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done in about twenty minutes and the staff members treated me good while I was there. The work done was for free and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running fine for me.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My salesperson was Kelly and she was pretty good. The car was in good condition when I got it. The gas gage is not working and it has a bad tire or a bad allignment. I was approved in less than an hour. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 GMC Denali. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Rob, and he was great. It took hours to get approved for the car. The car was in good condition, but I said something about the brakes because the pedal was hitting the floor. Also the was a squiling noise. I took the car to Chicago and there was a puddle of water at the bottom of the car.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. Dan was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in used condition when I received it. It took two different times for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle is running great now. The staff was great also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in because it was making a noise. It was in the shop for a day and I had to bring it back because they had to order the part. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were great. I need to have the brakes checked again. Overall, my experience was positive this time.
