    I own a 2002 Buick LeSabre. My experience was positive. Matthew was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it, but there wasn`t any gas in it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix. I brought my car in because the alternator burnt out. It took about two hours to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the repair. The customer service was good. The staff and I get along fine. Currently there are no problems with the vehicle. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. Overall my experience was positive. My water pump was leaking, so I had service. My vehicle was in the shop for about one day. My vehicle was udner warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the time that I was at the service department.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. I brought it in for an oil change that took 5 minutes. It was covered and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff there was fine. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Neon. I brought my car in for minor things. They changed the oil, spark plugs, and wires. It was in the shop for two days. It was not under warranty but I felt the price was fair. I got paperwork. The staff were good. I need to take it back in because the radio doens`t work and the lock is broken. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Buick LeSabre. My salesperson was Shawn. He and the other employees did a pretty good job. I was approved the same day, I was there about six or seven hours. My car was in alright condition when I got it, the radio did not work, they had to jump the car. My car is doing alright today. My experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Cavalier. The man who sold me the car had bad vision and his desk was located in the front of the building. He did a great job selling me the car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean. I got approved for the car that same day. Today my car is running fine for me. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Chrysler Sebring. My salesperson was Steven. He and the other employees did a great job, he was the best one up in there. I feel like he did what he had to do to get me the car that I wanted. I was approved the same day, I was there about six hours. My car was in good condition when I got it and it is doing pretty good.     But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. I bought my car from Drew, and he was fine. It took a little while to get approved for the car. The car was in fair condition when I got it, but I need to take it in for service. The seat belt is ripped, and there is something else that I cant remember right now. Overall my experience was neutral because the process took a long time.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. Mariala sold me the car. The car was in mint condition. I have found no issues with the car. The process was the only issue. The service seemed very slow. I got there at two and didn`t leave until 7,30 and I had started the paperwork the day before. The staff was friendly. My expereince was positive because we were getting turned down at other places and you guys gave us hope.

    I own a 2004 Ford Explorer. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Bobby. He was great--scale from 1-10--he was a nine. The car was in good condition and clean for me. I was approved the same day for the car. There are no problems with my car as of now.

    I own a 2000 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. Peter was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in descent condition when I reiceved it. It took two days for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it at this time. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET TrailBlaze. Kevin was my salesman. He was pretty good. The truck was clean and in good condition when I got it. Now the service engine light is on. I called and they said it was the air pump. I called Autozone and they said it would be $129.99. I have not had any time during the week to bring it down because I work. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.
