 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center because the check engine light was on. I dropped the car off at the shop, and I got it back on the same day. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me, and my car is running alright now.

 | I own a 2000 GMC Jimmy. Overall my experience was poistive. I had an oil change, and it took about 40 minutes complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The customer service was fine during my time at the dealership. I plan to take my vehicle in to the service department on Friday, so I can have my coolant changed.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. Tea was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle and Donny helped also, and the vehicle that I selected was n great condition when I received it. It took an hour or two for me to be approved for the vehicle, and I am having issues with the cruse control, and the door censor is broken also. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Focus. My experience was positive. Matt was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

My vehicle was rides really good when I bought it, but my brakes are swilling. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during my purchase.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Mustang. I bought my car from Tonya, and she was good. Another lady helped too and she was real nice. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I picked it up. I have taken the car to the service center before because the service engine soon light was on. I am currently having any problems.  | I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought it in for an oil change that took about 15 minutes. I paid $5 and I did get a receipt. There are no problems right now and the staff was fine. The experience was positive.

 | I own a 1998 Ford Escort. I brought my car in for regular servicing. The horn wasn`t working, the door was sticking, and the engine was over heating. It was in the shop over night. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were cool. They are very friendly. I am having normal problems because it is an old car. Overall, my experience was positive. They helped me get a car and give people breaks. But I do need a new car but this one is so old no one wants it.

 | I own a 2002 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Max was the salesperson that helped me purchase my vehicle, and the vehicle that I purchased was in good shape for an 2002 I guess. It took a few days for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has issues with the brakes, needs body work, and the two front speakers are blown. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. Max was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in bad shape when I received it. It took three weeks for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle needs a new rack, and I think the starter is going out now. The staff was great, and overall I would rate this experience neutral because of the issues with the vehicle.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Stratus. I got into a fender bender and had to get my battery replaced. It took less than 1 day to be fixed. It was covered under warranty and I did receive paperwork. I am having a problem with my brakes and it makes a clicking sound when I excelerate. The staff was great. My overall experience was positive.

The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, but the brakes a squealing currently. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Venture. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Bobby. Bobby`s service was great. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean for me. The driver`s side door is off but there are no other problems with my car.
