    I own a 2000 Pontiac Montana. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center because there was a leak around the center console, the work was done in about four hours. My warranty covered the work, and I`m not sure if I have any paperwork for it. The service staff treated me okay, and my van is running alright now.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in becuase the engine light was on, the airbag light was on, and because the car would smoke when it was parked. It is still in the shop. It will not all be covered under warranty. I will be paying $170. I have no received any paperwork because I have not picked up the vehicle yet. The custome service was wonderful. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought it in for and oil change and I aksed them to check the power steering fluid and the antifreeze. It was there for 15 minutes and I paid for the oil change. I did get a receipt but they didn`t check the power steering or the anntifreeze because When I went to get tires at another location, they said that the power steering fluid was low. I even told them I would pay for it but they still didn`t do it. I haven`t talked to them about it since I was there. The staff was average, the lady there is always nice to me. The experience was positive aside from them not checking the fluids like I asked.

    I own a 2003 Ford Focus. My salesperson was Virgel. He and the other employees did a good job. It took a couple of days to get everything done. My car was in good condition when I got it, it has started making a loud noise. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I bought my car from the salesperson whose desk was the first one as you walk in. He was a wonderful salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it but recently it has been shifting in a funny manner. I was approved the same day and my overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Ram. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson had reddish curly hair. His service was wonderful. I was approved for my truck the same day. It was in good condition and clean for me. There are no problems with my car as of now.

    I own a 2001 Hyundai Elantra. I took my vehicle in to get an oil change change. It took about 20-25 minutes. It was covered under warranty. I`m not having any problems with the vehicle right now. The staff`s customer service is very good. My overall experience is positive.

    I own a 2001 Buick Regal. Rich was my salesman. He was not bad. The car was clean and in good condition when I got it. Now one of the windows doesn`t roll down, the engine light is on and the bright lights don`t stay on. I was approved the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Chrysler Sebring. The salesperson that helped me select my vehicle was Donny, and the vehicle that I selected was in very nice condition when I received it. It took a maybe a little longer than expected to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it currently. The staff was very nice, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Collie, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was running good when I bought it, but it has a minor flaw. My vehicle runs good, and I do not know how to explain the flaw. Collie did a good job, becuase she got me into nice vehicle that runs good.

    I own a 2000 GMC Jimmy. My experience was positive. Ronnie was my salesperson. My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The CD player isn`t working.

    I own a 2001 Ford F-150. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Collie, and I was approved was approved the same day. My vehicle was fine when I bought it, but there is a rattle under my truck. My heat sheild is loose, and there is a some names sctratched on the hood of the truck. My sales person should have pointed that out to me. My sales person did an outstanding job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 1994 Ford Windstar. My overall experience was positive. I brought my car in to get the fuel pump replaced. I got it back and fixed the next day. I was charged a reasonable amount and I did get a receipt. I currently have some minor issues with my vehicle now because it is just old. The staff overall is wonderful.

    I own a 2001 Jeep Wrangler. Vance was the man who sold me the car and he did an alright job helping find a car. I got approved for the car that same day. When I got my car it was running alright and it was nice and clean. I did have to take it back for a few minor repairs, but they took care of it. Today my car is running alright for me. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about fifteen minutes to complete. It was free. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was excellent. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.
