 | I own a 2002 Pontiac AZTEK. My experience was positive. My salesperson was a taller woman with short hair, she was very easy to work with. My car wasn`t clean when I got it, the ABS light was on, and the thermostat needed to be replaced. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. I still need to have the thermostat replaced, and the ABS light is still on.

 | I own a 2005 Dodge Durango. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was an old white guy. His service was good. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was clean and in good condition. Now I think there are something wrong with my brakes. I need to take it in but I don`t have the time.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Emon, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was shaking when I bought it, because one of my tires had to much air in it. My tire also needs some lubrication too. My vehicle is making noise a noise right now, so I plan to have more serivce in the near future. My sales consultant did an excellent during the purchase of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire. I brought my car in for an oil change. I was told it would only take an hour, but it took an hour and a half. It was not covered under warranty, but I paid a fair price for it. I received paperwork for the service. The customer serive was fine. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 Ford Explorer. The salespeson that helped me select my vehicle was Don, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It didnt take very long for me to be approved for the vehicle, but the vehicle`s service engine soon light is on now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2008 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. I bought my car from Justin and he was an alright salesperson. The car was clean and in good condition when I bought it and there are no current problems with the car. I was not approved the same day but my overall experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overal my experience was neutral, because I was at the dealership for a long time. My sales was Sherwin, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was clean when I bought it. There is rattle when I start my vehicle, but my sales person did a good job during my purchase.

 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Bonneville. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get some belt checked out. They had my car done quickly and the staff members treated me good while I was there. my car was not under warranty but I did not have to pay for it and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car still needs to get fixed. I am waiting to get some money so I can buy those parts.

 | I own a 1999 GMC Sierra. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Harold. His service was great and helpful. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition and clean for me. I had to get some work done to the car the first week I got it but other than that I have not had any problems.

Overall my experience was neutral, because I did not find out how much the vehicle cost untill I was in the finace office. I aksed how much the vehicle was, but they did not tell me untill all of the paperwork was completed . My sales person was Collie, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was okay when I bought it, and I currenlty do not have any problems with it.

 | I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. I brought it in for an oil leak. It was there for 5 days and I had to pay for it. The price was reasonable and I did get a receipt. I might have to bring it in again because I think it is still leaking. I have not talked to them about it yet. The staff was fine and the experience was positive.
