    I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for a thermostat, and the work was done in about four days. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff treated me very well. The car needs new brakes.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall my experience was positive. I bought my car from Andrew, and he was great. He was very helpful. He didnt try to skam me or anything bad like that. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition when I bought it, but I have to take the car to the service center because its stalling when I go to crank it up.

    I own a 2002 Ford Focus. I took in my car for filling up at a gas station that had water in there tanks. The car was in over the weekend. The work was covered and I did get paperwork. The car is driving much better. The staff was nice and polite. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Intrigue. My sales person was Jake. I was there for about 2 and a half or 3 hours and the car was in fair condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff was great. The experience was positive.

    I own a 1998 Plymouth Breeze. Overall my experience was positive. My check engine light was on, and my vehicle sweeling real bad. My vehicle was in the shop for about eight hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My vehicle is still swilling a little bit, but I am sure a belt is causing that. The staff did a great job during the service of my vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. My salesperson was Ramon. He and the other employees did a good job. I was approved the same day, I was there about three and half hours. My car was in good condition when I got it. My door is not opening right, I am going to take it in. My experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 SATURN L200. Andrew sold me the car. The car was in great condition. The car has an oil leak but I just found out today. The process didn`t take long. The staff was great. My experience was positive especially Andrew who showed me the presentation and I haven`t seen anything like it.

    I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because I wasn`t getting any heat. It was in the shop for a couple hours. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were fine. I am not having any problems now but it hasn`t been cold enough to check to see if the heat works. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took about thirty minutes to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was good. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall I had a positive experience.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was negative, becauae I am having problems with my vehicle already. My sales cosultant was Eron, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle had to have service it on the first week, and it still in the shop. I bought my vehicle on the 25th and it died on me that Saturday. My is in the shop as we speak. I had to buy a battery just to drive my vehicle off of the lot. The staff brags all about what the dealership does to the car before they sell it to a customer, and that is a bunch of ballony. I had to put a thermastat, and a battery in my car already, so the staff did not do a thourogh analysis of my vehicle before they put it up for sale. I have to catch a train, and a bus to got pick up my vehicle right now.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Stratus. My salesperson was Darius. He and the other employees did a good job. I was approved in about three or four days. My car was in good shape when I got it, the next day I had to take it back in for the axel, and the tire bent while I was driving. I need to take it back in again, the check engine light is on and when I turn the steering wheel makes a noise. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Venture. My sales person was Jacob. I was there for about 2 hours and the van was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and Jake there was really good, he really did everything he could for us. The experience was very positive.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. The vehicle that I just recently purchased was in good condiiton when I received it, and the salesperson that helped me select it was Dan. It took about two weeks for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it at this time. The staff was great also, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford FOCUS SE/S. I brought my car in for rough idling. It was in the shop a total of a day and a half. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. Chad was fantastic. I am not having any problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.
