    I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Blazer. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Angie, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was fine when I bought it, but my vehicle pops when I make a turn. My check engine light is on too, so I plan to have service in the near future. Angie did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. My salesperson was Cheryl and she provided very good customer service. The car was clean and in good condition. I do have noises coming from the back of the vehicle. The vehicle is also shifting very hard. It took about 4-5 hours for me to be approved. My overall experience was good.

    I own a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo. My experience was positive. Matthew was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is still running alright.

    I own a 1998 Buick Century. I recently brought the vehicle in for a water pump, it took three days for the vehicle to be serviced. THe vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was good, and the vehicle has no problems with it at this time. Overall I would rate this experince positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Blazer. I brought my car in to get the fuel pump replaced. It took about two days to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service was alright. Currently there are no problems with the car. Overall I had a positive experience.

    I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Cutlass. I brought my car in for a routine oil change. It took about 45 minutes. It was under warranty. I got paperwork. The staff were great. I am not having any problems with my car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2008 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Johnny, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good conditon when I bought it, and I love it. My sales person did an excellent job during the purchase of my vehicle. My vehicle drives goood, and it looks good too.

    I own a 2000 Pontiac Montana. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Ralph and he did an excellent job for me. I got approved for the car that same day. When I got my car it was running good for me but it could of been more clean for me. The only thing I thought was wrong was that they say the car comes with 24000 or 24 months warranty. They told me I had to $1200 for it. The other thing was CNAC told me that they would not call all of my refs, but they did anyway. Today my car is running good for me with no problems.

    I own a 2000 Ford Expedition. I bought my car from Brian and Drew, and they were good. They were real nice. It didnt take long to get approved for the car, but I had to come back because it was late. The car was in good condition when I drove it home. I am not having any problems now but there was dog hair in it when I got it. They cleaned it out for me though. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire. Overall my experience was positive. My salesperson was straight ahead and to the right, and he was great. I was approved for the car the same day, but the process took awhile. The car was in excellent condition when I bought it, and I am not having any problems at this time.

    I own a 1998 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My experience was positive. Angela was my salesperson. My car was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the car in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My car is making a whining noise, and I would like to have the transmission checked out as well. I`ve been having some trouble getting the car into gear.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2001 CHEVROLET S-10. Overall my experience was negative, because I keep having problems with my vehilce. My vehicle needed an oil change, and it took about one hours to complete. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. My vehicle has a mist in it, and my vehicle jumps when I stop. The staff was suppose to changed some more stuff on my truck, and my vehicle is not getting good gas milage. The staff was suppose to look at all of these problems when I had my oii change, but the only thing that was completed was the oil change. I am supposed to take my vehicle back to the service department on Friday, so they can look at the other problems. I think my vehicle has been recked at some point before I bought my vehice, because it has to many problems with it.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2004 Ford Focus. My salesperson was the second one straight ahead as you walk in the door, and he was good. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it. The heater doesnt work, and the brakes squeak. Overall my experience was neutral because I was a day late on the down payment and the lady that answered the phone was rude.

    I own a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am. I brought my car in for a bulb replacement of the headlights. It took about 30 minutes to complete. It was not under warranty but the price I paid was fair. I got a receipt. The staff was great. There are no problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Focus. My salesperson was Shawn. He and the other employees did a good job. I was approved the same day. My car was in pretty good condition when I got it, I have a few minor things that tney need to look at other than that my car is running good. My experience was positive.
