    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My salesperson was Derrick. His customer service was fine. The car was not clean and it was not in good condition. It was late that night so I didn`t realize how bad it was. I am having problems with the brakes and the ignition right now. It took from 4,30 pm to 11pm for me to be approved. My overall experience was neutral due to the problems with the car and the condition of the car.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Steve. His service was wonderful. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was in good condition but it was not cleaned. I had it detailed myself. There are no problems with my car.

    I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center to have the right axle seal fixed, which was done in about three or four hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was good to me. The drive belt is squealing, and sometimes it seems like the car is smoking.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Neon. Don was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in excellent condition when I received it. It took an hour for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff treated me with respect, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Impala. My salesperson was a mexican male with tatoos. The customer service he provided was cool. The car was clean and in good condition when I received it. I thinkg there is something loose in the front end. It took about 2 hours for me to go through the interviews and be approved. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Explorer. My sales person was Tim. I was there for about 3 hours and the car was in good condition when I got it. The engine light is on right now and I have already talked to them about it. I am going in tomorrow. The staff there was great, except for one incident, but Tim took care of it. The experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. Overall my experience was positive. My person was Shurwin, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was both nice, and in good condition when I bought it. My battery died on me last Friday, so I had to get a jump from some one. My vehicle currently makes a weird noise when I take off, and my brakes need some work on them. My sales person did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2005 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My overall experience was positive. My salesperson was Bobby. He was really nice and helpful. The car was in good condition and but the stickers and glue was not cleaned off of the windows. I was approved for the car the same day. There are no problems with my car as of now.

    I own a 2001 Ford Explorer. I bought my car from Dc, and he was alright. I asked if there was a leak in the head light and they told me no, but there really is. I was approved for the car the same day. The car was nice and clean when I bought it. The car leans to the left, there a leak in a tire,and theres moisture in the headlights. Overall my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Dodge Durango. My overall experience was neutral due to the condition of the vehicle. There is something wrong with the suspension and whenever I make a left turn there is something wrong. Clarence was my salesperson and he was good overall. I was approved for my car the same day.
